Utilizing market industry research and analysis, I've developed a business case for a startup that successfully secured $1.5 million in seed funding, followed by an additional $3 million in year two.
As a UX Strategist at T-Mobile, I worked with the Director of UX to define a strategic roadmap for UX maturity, develop a team resourcing model to fill gaps in specialization, and implement a framework for a reliable and efficient UX design process that placed an emphasis on strategic design influence further upstream in the product development process.
Recently, I've repositioned an outdoor lifestyle company that was struggling to find relevance in a saturated marketplace. Following this effort, I implemented a direct to consumer digital marketing strategy that generated 17% of total annual revenue share in less than 2 years (up from 9.7%, 205% YOY growth).
